There’s a New Food Truck on Campus – So Delicious it Sold Out

There’s a new food truck on campus: Gigi’s Mexican Peruvian Fusion. The business made it’s debut as the first truck for Food Truck Tuesdays on Pima Community College's Downtown Campus on Oct. 7. If you didn’t get there early, you missed out, because Gigi’s sold out! Was it that good? For sure.
“It reminded me of when I grew up in Mexico,” said Edward “Eddie” Ramos, an HVAC student at PCC who works for Lifetouch Photography. He said it tasted like the tacos and beef his grandma made him when he was a boy, and that he would definitely buy it again.
