The Pima Community College Police Department was honored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving for being the top fundraising law enforcement agency for the 5K run/walk event on Sept. 22.
This is PCCPD’s first year participating. A big shout out goes to Officer Eugene Edgerson who organized this event and also was honored by MADD as the top fundraising individual.
I am hopeful that next year we can raise even more money and bring more personnel to the event.
Thank you to all who took the time to participate, most of all to Edgerson for taking the initiative to make this happen. Great job!
